The Grant Portal will open on April 1, 2026. New guidelines and revisions will be available after March 1, 2026.  These changes may impact your agency's ability to apply for funds.  Please watch the website for updates in the weeks to come.  

All applicants must have an account or create one to complete and submit their grant application.  Keep your username and password handy so you can "save a draft" and return to complete your submission.  Also, this username and password will continue to be used for impact reports and future grant applications.

  • LOGIN HERE (If you already have a user name and password)
  • CREATE AN ACCOUNT (New users only - recommended User Name is your Agency Name - an email will be sent to you to set up your password - you might have to check your spam folder)
  • RESET YOUR PASSWORD (if your email has been used previously, you can reset your password)
  • LOGOUT (Be sure to log out once you have saved your draft or submitted your application)

You can save a draft and return later to complete the application. You must preview and then hit submit. Once submitted, you cannot edit the application. A copy of your application will be emailed to you upon submission.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.  Do not leave any blanks; enter N/A if not applicable.
 

Agency Grant Applications are due by the end of business on April 30, 2026.
